Where we sell direct
- Germany, Austria — direct from Köln warehouse. Same-day shipping for in-stock units, demo visits available.
- Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal — direct DAP shipping with local-language support (EN/DE/FR).
- Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway) — direct DAP with English support.
- Switzerland, UK — direct with CycleCNC-managed customs brokerage on the destination side.
- Other EU member states — direct shipping; arrange via the contact form for non-standard logistics.
