CycleCNC is the EU distribution arm of Pocket NC — bringing Penta Machine's 5-axis desktop CNC mills to the European market with local stock, local support, local language, and EU-compliant logistics.

Who we are

CycleCNC is a trading name of CW Cleaning Solutions GmbH, a Köln-based industrial-equipment distribution company. The company's wider business covers professional bicycle washing machines and industrial cleaning systems; CycleCNC is the dedicated subsidiary for desktop CNC machining equipment.

Why we exist

Penta Machine Company in Bozeman, Montana builds an exceptional 5-axis desktop CNC mill — the Pocket NC. For a decade, EU buyers had to import directly, fronting US-shipping costs, EU customs duty, German VAT, broker fees, and waiting weeks for customs clearance. Spare parts from the same supply chain. Support across six time zones.

CycleCNC closes that gap. Machines are imported in batches, customs-cleared, VAT-paid, and warehoused in Köln. Spare parts ship same-day from Germany. Support is in English, German, and French. Technical issues route directly to Penta Machine's engineering team in Montana when needed, but the front line is local.
