1.) You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods/the last goods (in case of partial deliveries).

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. Simply returning the goods is not sufficient.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

We will confirm receipt of your revocation on a durable medium.

2.) Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we must repay you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to

The deadline is met if you send or deliver the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You bear the costs of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned, we estimate the resulting retrieval costs at approx. 200.00 to 500 EUR, depending on where the return has to be made from.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
