CycleCNC is a small distributed team focused on bringing precision US-made manufacturing equipment to European customers. We hire selectively for technical, customer-facing, and operations roles.

What we look for
When we do hire, the roles typically combine:
- Mechanical / manufacturing background — you've held a part, fixed a machine, set a probe, written CAM toolpaths.
- Customer empathy — most of our customers are engineers under deadline pressure. Good support means understanding their problem before suggesting a solution.
- Multilingual — German + English at minimum. French, Italian, Spanish a plus.
- Independent operating — small team, no bureaucracy, ownership over your area.
