First 5-axis simultaneous part — turbine impeller in 7075

Three months in on the V2-50 CHK and finally got a clean simultaneous swarf pass on a small turbine impeller. Posting Fusion 360 setup notes + the 5-axis postprocessor I'm using.

Stock: 32 mm round 7075-T6. Tool: 4 mm ball end, 2-flute uncoated carbide. Step-down 0.15 mm, feed 1500 mm/min, RPM 28,000.
