Why buy through CycleCNC instead of directly from Penta?
EUR billing without USD exchange fees, German VAT invoice for your accounting, native-language support if anything goes wrong with enrolment, and the option to bundle the course with a Pocket NC purchase as a single line item.
Is the content different?
No. You get the identical official course Penta Machine Company runs at courses.pocketnc.com — same lessons, same videos, same instructors. CycleCNC handles the EU-side billing and support; Penta handles the teaching.
Refunds?
14-day cooling-off (EU consumer law) on the 30-day tier provided you have not yet started any module. 6-month and perpetual tiers: refundable within 14 days if no content has been accessed. Contact sales@cyclecnc.com.
