Tried the stock Pocket NC vise on a few prototype brackets and the serrated jaws leave witness lines. What soft-jaw setups work without sacrificing rigidity for a 50,000 RPM finishing pass?

EU power: 230 V single-phase vs 400 V three-phase — does it matter?

Setting up a V2-50 CHK in a shop that has both. Pocket NC docs say single-phase 230 V is fine but I'm getting conflicting advice from local electricians. Anyone running off 3-phase with the included PSU?
