Spare parts

We stock a working inventory of high-failure-rate spares in our Köln warehouse: spindle cartridges, B-axis encoders, ER-11 collet sets, drive belts, complete trunnion assemblies. Routine spares ship same-day for orders received before 14:00 CET. Parts not in stock ship factory-direct from Bozeman, MT to Frankfurt by next-day air — typically 4–5 working days from order to your door.

Maintenance contract

Annual maintenance contracts include scheduled inspection, calibration, way-cover check, software updates, and consumables replacement:

  • V2-10: €1,000 / year
  • V2-50 CHB or CHK: €1,500 / year

Warranty

6 months parts and labour per CycleCNC AGB §8(3)(e) on all new machines. Penta Machine factory warranty stacks on top of CycleCNC distribution warranty. See /pages/warranty for details.
