First multi-setup part — finally got the Numbered Block clean

Three weeks of evening work to get all six sides matching at the seams. Posting photos and the Fusion file for anyone working through the same pain.

Wrapping up the Pocket NC 101 Numbered Block tutorial — finally got all six sides to land within 0.05 mm of each other. Took three weeks of evenings to iron out:

  • Vise-jaw alignment (the soft-jaw kit from the accessory bundle made the biggest difference)
  • Probe-zero between setups — I was eyeballing it and that's why my seams were 0.2 mm out
  • Numbered Block stock orientation — flip A vs B matters more than the workbook implies
