Refund policy

Cancellation policy applicable to online purchases of our Machines and Spare parts

1.) Private costumer only has the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

The revocation period is 14 days beginning on the day on which you or a nominated third party, who is not carrier, took possession of the product or of the last product in case of partial delivery.

In order to exercise your right to revoke, you have to notify us,

by an unequivocal statement (for example via letter by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke the contract. A simple return of the product is not sufficient.

To observe the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of your decision to revoke the contract within the revocation period.

We will confirm you the receipt of your revocation on a permanent data medium.

2.) Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke the contract, we will be obligated to refund without delay and within 14 days any payments received from you after receipt of your notification of your revocation of contract. We will use for this reimbursement the same means of payment, which you have chosen for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any case fees for this refund will not be charged.

the product without delay or in all cases no later than 14 days beginning on the day on which you notified us of the revocation of contract. The revocation period will be observed, if you hand over the product for shipment or delivery before the expiry of the time limit of 14 days. You must bear the costs of returning the product. If the product can not be returned, the resulting expenses of returning the product will be estimated at ca. 200,00 – 500,00 € depending on the place from where the product must be returned. You have only to bear the costs for any loss in value, if this loss in value is resulting from a handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, quality or functioning of the product.
